It began with a desire to channel sisterhood and over the course of the sketch, became a celebration of verdant, natural beauty and the divine feminine. I knew that each section of the sketch would take hours of watercolor layering, but I couldn't stop and what a challenge and joy it was. At their very first market, they were picked up by a lovely collector, but the journey I went on to complete this one, is one of my all time favorites and will not soon be forgotten.
